What if I'm Not Covered?
If your insurance is not eligible through The Lactation Network, you still have options.
-Self-pay appointments are avaiable.
-We can provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement (when applicable)

Payment Information
-Payment is due at time of service.
-HSA/FSA cards may be accepted
-A superbill may be provided upon request for clients seeking possible insurance reimburstment
-Insurance reimbursement is not guarenteed and is determined by your individual plan.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We understand that plans can change, especially with little ones. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice when possible.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice or missed appointments may be subject to a $50 cancellation/no-show fee.
This policy helps us continue providing timely support to families who need lactation care.
Exceptions may be made for emergencies or undepected circumstances.
Late Arrivals
Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling.
