Honey & Hive was created to bring together compassionate lactation care, perinatal education, and community support in one welcoming space for families.
Honey has long symbolized nourishment, healing and sweetness. Just as honey provides comfort and sustenance, we strive to offer compassionate, evidence-based care that helps families feel supported and empowered throughout their feeding journey.
A hive is more that a home, it's a community. No bee thrives alone, and neither should parents. We believe every family deserves a village where they are encouraged, supported, and never made to feel like they're navigating parenthood by themselves.
To nurture means to care for, encourage, and help something grow. Whether you're preparing to welcome your baby, working through feeding challenges, or celebrating milestones, we're here to walk along you with gentle guidance and personalized support.
Our Founder & Lead Consultant
My passion for supporting families began decades ago, rooted in the belief that every mother deserves to feel empowered, nourished, and heard. As an IBCLC, Certified Doula, and Childbirth Educator, I’ve spent my career combining clinical expertise with a deep, holistic commitment to maternal health. I hold a B.S. in Health Science from Texas A&M and have trained extensively in specialized fields like TOTs to ensure I can provide the best care possible.
To me, breastfeeding is more than just nutrition, it is a sacred, transformative journey. I see my role not just as a consultant, but as a partner in your most vulnerable moments, helping you turn challenges into triumphs. Outside of the consult room, I’m a firm believer that a well-nourished mom is a thriving mom. When I’m not supporting your family, you’ll likely find me hanging with my family, lost in a good book, staying active, or tucked away knitting hats for the next generation of babies I’m so honored to meet.
I would be truly honored to walk alongside you during this beautiful new chapter. If you are ready to find your rhythm and confidence in feeding.
